5. Data Retention

We aim not to keep user content longer than necessary. Prompts, uploaded images, generated images, and similar user content are generally retained for up to 60 days and may be deleted earlier or later when reasonably required for debugging, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.

We may retain account records, order records, credit balances, invoices, payment references, dispute records, security logs, and legally required compliance data for a longer period when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, legal, regulatory, or audit purposes.
