These Terms of Service govern your use of StoryToImage, an AI image generation service. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must log in to use StoryToImage. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use another person's account without authorization.

4. Credits, Pricing, and Expiration

StoryToImage currently offers paid usage based on credits. At the current rate, 5 USD purchases 500 credits. Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and may only be used within the service.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, credits expire 365 days after they are added to your account. Unused expired credits are forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StoryToImage to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Upload or generate unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content
• Attempt to bypass limits, access controls, payment rules, or security protections
• Interfere with the service, reverse engineer it improperly, or use it for fraud or spam
• Submit content that you do not have the right to use, upload, or process

6. User Content and Retention

You retain responsibility for the prompts, uploaded images, and other content you submit. We generally retain prompts, uploaded images, generated images, and related content for up to 60 days, after which they may be deleted, subject to operational, security, payment, and legal requirements.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unavailable, or not suitable for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of AI output. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or using them.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Except where required by law, purchases are final and refunds are provided only at our discretion, such as in cases of duplicate charges or clear technical failure. If you initiate a wrongful chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate your access while the matter is reviewed.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to StoryToImage if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created legal or security risk, abused the credit system, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a harmful manner. We may also discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryToImage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
